Donovan Keith Loucks

May 21, 1964 –


Donovan Keith Loucks was born on May 21, 1964. For three days, his name was Baby Boy Tronsen until he was adopted by Lynn and Dennis Rausch. At that time, his name became Donovan Keith Rausch. During the ages of 2 and 3, Donovan and his parents lived in Düren, West Germany, where his father worked at Lockheed. Soon afterward, his parents divorced and returned to the states.

Several years later, his mother married Paul LeRoy Loucks. Although Donovan was never officially adopted by Paul Loucks, he took his last name. A number of years later, his mother divorced again, and his step-father, Paul, passed away.

In 1982, Donovan graduated from Thunderbird High School. The year after, he began working as an Engineering Aide for Sperry, which was to later become Honeywell. In 1986, he met and began dating Pamela H. Deiters, who was at the time a cosmetologist at SuperCuts. A year-and-a-half after their first date, they married on November 21, 1987.

In 1997, with Grant Stewart and David McIntyre, Donovan started Global Fulfillment Services, Inc. After seven years operating in the rebate fulfillment industry, GFS became one of the largest rebate companies in the United States. In late 2004, Young America Corp. acquired GFS for an undisclosed amount and Donovan took an executive position with YA. Donovan currently lives with his wife in Victoria, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. His primary interests are database programming, H.P. Lovecraft, and board and card gaming.
